describe
Corundum ramming material is an amorphous refractory material that is constructed by ramming, vibrating, or pressing in the form of mud or clumps.
Refractory aggregates, powders, binders, admixtures, water or other liquids with a certain grading are thoroughly mixed.
According to refractory orthopedic materials, ramming materials can be divided into clay, high alumina, corundum, siliceous, magnesian, chromite, zircon, and silicon carbide refractory plastics.
According to the type of binder, it can be divided into water glass, phosphate, and organic binder refractory plastics.
According to the hardening method, there are two types of fire-resistant plastics: air hardening and heat hardening.
Corundum refractory plastic is made of wear-resistant raw materials as aggregates, combined with powder or liquid binders, and formulated with several additives. It has excellent wear resistance at high temperatures.
This product is suitable for the cyclone tube, furnace wall lining, and areas severely impacted and eroded by coal ash in circulating fluidized bed boilers.
